About William
News & Media
The media industry has been my passion and career focus, from leading engineering at Forbes to driving brand pivots in agencies and now heading engineering for Bloomberg Media. I believe unbiased, fact-driven media is vital to democracy, and I’m proud to help uphold this mission through innovation and leadership.
Arts & Culture
As a long-time practicing artist and someone deeply involved in NYC's cultural fabric, I bring creativity and innovation to everything I do. I lead product and engineering for Bloomberg Connects, a platform that connects people to the arts.
Technology Leadership
I’ve led organizations through cloud and agile adoption, served as head of engineering for some of the world’s top brands, and guided transformative change for hundreds of clients while at agencies. True leadership, to me, is about building teams with Passionate, Accountable, Strong, Transparent, and Empathetic people—values that drive innovation, adaptability, and success in every organization I support.
Advisory & Board Roles
My experience on the Junior Board for the New York Coalition for the Homeless gave me a deep appreciation for the impact that thoughtful governance and strategic leadership can have on organizations and their missions. While I’m early in my journey of board service, my career leading teams, driving innovation, and navigating complex transformations has equipped me with the skills to contribute meaningfully.
New York City Advocacy
New York City is central to my work and passions. From supporting its arts and culture institutions to driving innovation in media and technology, I’m committed to ensuring the city continues to inspire and thrive for generations to come. I believe that being a citizen of NYC is an active commitment.
PASTE
I ALWAYS adhere to my core values and goals at work and home. My goals are to be a pillar of support and to build legacies. I achieve this and help others do the same with a value system, PASTE.
PASTE makes it all stick together; its ingredients are Passion, Accountability, Strength, Transparency, and Empathy.
